Privacy

The modeling app does not require an account. There is no user database. This page states where data lives. It is not a privacy policy for a SaaS workspace.

Deal data

Your cap table lives in this browser, in localStorage on this device. Computed results are not stored; they are recalculated from inputs. Clearing site data, switching browsers, or using another device without a JSON export means the model is gone.

What the host sees

Loading the page hits the static host (Vercel). Standard web logs may include IP address and user agent. There is no product analytics SDK in the app. The host does not receive your cap table as part of normal modeling.

What can leave the machine

• Fonts load from Google Fonts.
• In-app agent (optional): the browser POSTs current model state to the URL you enter. CapStack’s static host does not see that traffic.
• Send Feedback (optional): you choose to submit a message. Summaries may be stored and posted internally so we can fix bugs.
